anCnoc Peated Sherry Cask

anCnoc Sherry Cask Finish, Peated Edition is a delicious dram produced by the Knockdhu Distillery, marrying a beautifully peated whisky with ex-sherry cask maturation to create a dram that is both sweet and smoky.

Bottled at 43% ABV, you can expect a nose of sweet honey and tropical fruit, with cinder toffee smoke, leading to a palate of deep vanilla, cooking spices and a deeper smoked char. The finish is long and sweet with curls of wood smoke.
