ABÉCASSIS XXO Grande Champagne Cognac is a blissfully unique blend of extra, extra old eaux-de-vie. Having aged for a minimum age of 14 years, many of its components will have spent much longer maturing in the barrel before bottling in order to produce a finished Cognac with such outstanding complexity.
Founded by Francis Abécassis, ABK6 is a contemporary company deeply rooted in history. Dating back over 200 years, the estate boasts over 230 hectares within the Cognac region. Whilst an age-old process is used to create the classic Cognac, modernising the traditional beverage has become the focus over the past ten years. Every inch of the production process, including grape growing, winemaking, distillation, maturation, blending, bottling and labelling has had a keen eye cast over it. ABK6 guarantees today’s high standard of excellence at every step of the Cognac journey.
