Process & Profile
A flagship bourbon from Barton 1792 Distillery (Sazerac Co.), 1792 Small Batch is made with a high-rye mash (roughly 15–25% rye) and aged in charred American oak for 4–6½ years, though it carries no age statement. It’s barrel‑proofed down to 93.7 proof, resulting in a whiskey that balances bold spice, fruit, and caramel sweetness.
