Daniel Bouju XO N° 27 Cognac
Daniel Bouju XO N° 27 is a single estate Cognac, produced using eaux-de-vie solely from the premier growing region of Grande Champagne and aged for 15 years.
This exquisite Cognac, full of rich aromas that will indulge your senses, is produced by the world renowned artisanal Cognac house of Daniel Bouju. The House is situated in Charente in the Grande Champagne region where it harvests, distills and ages its Cognacs exclusively on the estate.
Daniel Bouju XO N° 27 is aged in new Limousin oak barrels before being transferred to used casks to complete its maturation. This process is what gives the Cognac its strong aromatic scent, dark rich colour and soft taste.
Daniel Bouju’s artisan Cognacs can be found in over 40 countries across the globe. The family-owned Cognac House was first established in 1805 and its traditional methods of craftsmanship and strict standards have been maintained by subsequent generations. As both the grower and the distiller, Daniel Bouju retains complete control of the production process and handles every step from the vineyard to the bottle.
