The revolutionary composition pairs 60% high-proof Indiana straight rye, 30% ultra-matured 20- to 25-year-old Canadian corn whiskey (re-barreled in fresh American oak), and 10% 8-year-old Virginia single malt. Emulating historical traditions, a portion of the blend undergoes a special finish connected to George Washington’s historic Mount Vernon distillery style. Bottled at a robust 115.74 Proof (57.87% ABV), this cask-strength blend offers remarkable structural balance, rich wood sugars, and deep historical resonance.
In the glass, it displays a brilliant, dark copper-mahogany hue.
