Old Rip Van Winkle 10 Year Old Bourbon
Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey | 53.5% ABV (107 Proof) | Aged 10 Years | Wheated Bourbon | 750mL
Process & Profile
Old Rip Van Winkle 10 Year Old Bourbon is a wheated Kentucky straight bourbon aged for a full decade in new charred American oak barrels. By using wheat as the secondary grain instead of rye, the bourbon develops a softer, rounder mouthfeel while still gaining depth and structure from extended aging. Bottled at 107 proof, this expression delivers a richer, more assertive profile than lower-proof wheated bourbons, balancing sweetness, oak influence, and warmth in a way that reflects the Van Winkle family’s long-standing approach to bourbon making.
