Elijah Craig Toasted Barrel Finish Bourbon Whiskey
Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (USA) | Toasted Barrel Finish | 47% ABV (94 Proof) | 750mL
Process & Profile
Elijah Craig Toasted Barrel Finish Bourbon Whiskey is a rich and innovative twist on Elijah Craig’s classic Small Batch Bourbon. After initial aging in traditional new charred oak barrels, this expression is finished in custom-toasted barrels crafted to draw out deeper caramel, vanilla, and baking spice tones without overpowering the underlying character of the bourbon.
Using Elijah Craig’s signature mash bill of 78% corn, 12% malted barley, and 10% rye, the whiskey matures in Kentucky’s fluctuating climate before being transferred into the second barrel. The result is a beautifully layered bourbon that bridges sweetness, spice, and smoke — a seamless evolution of the brand’s heritage.
