Balcones Cataleja Texas Single Malt Whiskey 750mL

Balcones Cataleja Texas Single Malt Whiskey: Delving deep into the roots of Texas craftsmanship, the Cataleja serves as a beacon to a rich lineage of whiskey-making. Crafted meticulously with 100% Golden Promise malted barley, its journey begins in refill casks and culminates in a dance with decommissioned Sherry Solera puncheons. Notes of Moscatel, Amontillado Dulce, Oloroso, and Palo Cortado unite, crafting a symphony of flavors. As much a tribute as it is a tantalizing sip, Cataleja offers a respectful nod to the pioneers of the past while boldly forging its own legacy.
