Process & Profile
Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage is the only widely available vintage-dated single barrel bourbon on the market. Each bottle is drawn from one carefully chosen barrel, marked with its vintage year, barrel number, and bottling date. Crafted from Heaven Hill’s traditional mash bill of 78% corn, 10% rye, and 12% malted barley, it is aged approximately 7–8 years in charred American oak and bottled at 86.6 proof. The result is a bourbon that reflects both consistency and uniqueness, with each vintage offering subtle variations in flavor.
