Louis Roederer Cristal 2015 was a remarkable year for Champagne, marked by a mild winter, a hot and dry summer, and timely rains in late August that preserved the freshness and concentration of the grapes. This outstanding harvest coincided with the recognition of the Champagne region as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, making Cristal 2015 a vintage of historical significance.
Crafted with an emphasis on sustainable viticulture, the grapes are meticulously harvested at peak ripeness. The wine is partially aged in oak (25%) and undergoes no malolactic fermentation, preserving its vibrant acidity and structure. A dosage of 7 grams per liter balances the wine, highlighting its purity and finesse.
