Clase Azul Mezcal Guerrero

Tasting Notes and Characteristics:Clase Azul Mezcal Guerrero greets the palate with a vibrant, fresh character that makes it perfect for celebratory gatherings or relaxed evenings. With an ABV of 42%, this mezcal is crafted in Mexico using the rare papalote agave, harvested from the lush hillsides of Guerrero. Its artisanal production process involves slow roasting the agave in traditional earthen ovens and distilling in small batches, resulting in a spirit that captures both heritage and terroir. On tasting, Clase Azul Mezcal Guerrero reveals bright notes of citrus blossom, green apple, and hints of sea salt layered over gentle smoke. These flavors create a lively contrast when paired with oysters or grilled shrimp—the mezcal’s subtle salinity and herbal undertones enhance the brininess of shellfish while its crisp finish refreshes the palate between bites. This pairing brings out both the complexity of the mezcal and the natural sweetness of seafood, making each sip and bite more memorable.Producer Information: Clase Azul SpiritsClase Azul Spirits is based in Jalisco, Mexico, a region celebrated for its rich tradition of agave cultivation and tequila production.
