Tasting Notes and Characteristics:The first sip of Sia Blended Scotch wraps you in a gentle warmth, unfolding layers of honeyed citrus, vanilla bean, and a subtle wisp of smoke that lingers just long enough to invite another taste. Crafted in Scotland with an ABV of 43.00%, this blend harmonizes malt and grain whiskies for a smooth yet vibrant profile that’s both approachable and complex. Notes of caramelized pear and toasted oak glide across the palate, making it an ideal companion for smoked salmon or aged cheddar, where its delicate spice and creamy finish elevate every bite. Sia Blended Scotch is more than just a drink—it’s an invitation to savor the artful balance that defines modern Scottish whisky.Producer Information: SIA Scotch Whisky CompanySIA Scotch Whisky Company was founded in New York City by Carin Luna-Ostaseski, who sought to create a modern, approachable blend that would appeal to both new and seasoned whisky drinkers. Drawing inspiration from her Cuban-American heritage and the vibrant energy of Manhattan, Luna-Ostaseski partnered with Scottish distilleries to craft SIA using a blend of Speyside, Highland, and Islay malt and grain whiskies. The company’s philosophy centers on accessibility and inclusivity, breaking traditional Scotch stereotypes by focusing on smoothness and balance rather than heavy peat or smoke. SIA Scotch Whisky Company is dedicated exclusively to their flagship blended Scotch whisky; they do not produce other wines or spirits, instead channeling all efforts into perfecting this singular expression that bridges the gap between classic Scottish craftsmanship and contemporary American tastes.
