Drawing inspiration from the native toi toi grass that thrives across New Zealand’s wild landscapes, their philosophy centers on sustainable viticulture and minimal intervention winemaking to express the unique terroir of each region they source from, including Central Otago and Waipara Valley. While their Sauvignon Blanc captures Marlborough’s signature vibrancy, Toi Toi also crafts expressive Pinot Noir and aromatic Pinot Gris that highlight regional character. Their portfolio extends to rosé and sparkling wines, each reflecting a commitment to quality and environmental stewardship that has established them as a trusted name among New Zealand wine producers.
