Rooted in the tradition of southern French winemaking, their philosophy centers on expressing the terroir of Provence through meticulous vineyard selection and minimal intervention during production. The winery is particularly known for its focus on classic Provençal varietals such as Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault, which are blended to create vibrant rosés that capture the essence of the Mediterranean climate.
