Basil Hayden’s Bourbon 10Yr

Tasting Notes and Characteristics:Basil Hayden’s Bourbon 10Yr greets the palate with a smooth, approachable character that makes it ideal for both casual sipping and special gatherings. With an ABV of 40%, this Kentucky straight bourbon is crafted in the United States using a high-rye mash bill, which lends it a distinctive spice and complexity. The extended aging process in charred American oak barrels imparts depth while maintaining the brand’s signature lightness. On tasting, you’ll find warm notes of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak layered with hints of dried fruit and gentle baking spices. These flavors create a harmonious balance that pairs beautifully with grilled steak, enhancing its savory richness, or with dark chocolate, where the bourbon’s subtle sweetness complements the chocolate’s bittersweet edge. This versatility makes Basil Hayden’s 10Yr an excellent choice for elevating both meals and moments alike.Producer Information: Beam SuntoryBeam Suntory is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, with roots tracing back to the founding of the James B.
