The family-owned company has since become synonymous with innovative winemaking that balances tradition and modernity, employing temperature-controlled fermentation and careful grape selection to highlight the character of Castilla-La Mancha’s indigenous varieties. Beyond their flagship Tempranillo-based reds, Felix Solis crafts a diverse portfolio including crisp Airén whites and expressive rosés under brands like Viña Albali and Los Molinos.
