Tasting Notes and Characteristics:Crisp, bright, and made for easygoing cocktails, 21 Seeds Cucumber Jalapeño Infused Tequila 1L brings a refreshing twist to blanco-style tequila. Bottled at 35% ABV, it is produced in Mexico with real cucumber and jalapeño infusion, creating a clean, lively profile that works beautifully in margaritas, spritzes, and simple tequila sodas.Expect cool cucumber upfront, followed by a gentle green pepper kick and a smooth agave finish. Its fresh, lightly spicy character pairs naturally with Fish Tacos, cutting through richness and lifting citrusy toppings, while Guacamole brings out the tequila’s vegetal notes and soft heat.Producer Information: 21 Seeds21 Seeds is a female-founded tequila producer based in San Francisco, with its tequila made in Jalisco, Mexico. The company was started in 2019 by sisters Kat Hantas and Nicole Emanuel, along with their friend Sarika Singh, after Hantas began infusing tequila at home as a lighter, more approachable alternative to wine and cocktails. Its production approach centers on 100% blue Weber agave tequila, distilled in Mexico and then flavored with real fruit essences, aiming for a clean, bright profile with lower sugar and a smooth finish. The 21 Seeds portfolio focuses on flavored tequila expressions rather than a wide range of unrelated spirits or beers. Its core lineup includes Cucumber Jalapeño, Valencia Orange, and Grapefruit Hibiscus, each designed for simple serves such as soda water, fresh citrus, or easy tequila-based cocktails. The brand is closely associated with premium infused tequila, wellness-minded drinking occasions, and accessible mixology, rather than aged tequila styles like reposado or añejo.
