Distillery Information
“Rare Character Whiskey was born from the 2020 hospitality crisis, founded by restaurateur Pablo Moix and spirits expert Peter Nevenglosky (CEO of Drifter Spirits) to provide unique, non-traditional American whiskies by sourcing rare, interesting barrels (like ultra-aged ones) from across the US, challenging industry sameness with distinctive flavor profiles for connoisseurs.”
