Produced by Akashi Sake Brewery in Hyogo prefecture, Japan’s traditional sake brewing heartland, this Honjozo Tokubetsu is crafted using 100% Hyogo-grown Gohyakumangoku rice, milled to 60%, and bottled at 15% abv.
The result is a refined, dry sake with a discrete nose of lemon, lime, and straw, a complex palate of tropical fruit and citrus undertones, and a smooth, well-balanced finish.
